If there is one thing I absolutely love about living in Sydney, it has to be the encouragement of living a healthy and happy life. Since moving back to Sydney last year, I have really taken on a healthy lifestyle and I am now incredibly passionate about health & wellbeing. We are really lucky living in Sydney as we have have the amazing weather year round which makes it so accessible to exercise outside. I’m not a huge fan of the gym as I find them quite boring and they can be quite intimidating so I prefer to do my exercise outside which is way more enjoyable as Sydney is so stunningly beautiful to the eye.
I also love the huge variety of food options in Sydney. Fresh wholefoods are incredible over here and there are so many healthy options even for me as a newly turned Vegan. Luckily for Sydney peeps, the awesome wholefoods market Aboutlife have announced the Annual Biggest Ever Community Detox which is a series of inspiring and educational events taking place across it’s Sydney stores from today until 15th February 2015. It’s amazing that we have event’s like this to go to and best of all most of it is free, something I would have never seen living back in London.
